Can I book directly, or do I need to go through a funeral director?
You can book directly with us, or your funeral director can arrange everything on your behalf. We work seamlessly with funeral homes across Northern NSW and can coordinate directly with them.
Can you livestream from any venue?
Yes. We have experience streaming from churches, chapels, cemeteries, funeral homes, community halls, private residences, and outdoor locations. We bring our own connectivity solutions, so venue infrastructure is never a limitation.
Viewing Questions
How do viewers access the livestream?
We provide a private link and password, which you distribute to invited family and friends. Viewers simply click the link, enter the password, and watch in their web browser — no apps or downloads required.
Can viewers watch on a TV?
Yes. Viewers can cast from their phone or computer to a smart TV, connect via HDMI, or use screen mirroring (AirPlay, Chromecast). We provide simple instructions with every link.
Can family overseas watch?
Absolutely. Our streams are accessible worldwide. We provide time zone information with every link, and the complimentary recording ensures no one misses out regardless of time zone differences.

Is a recording included?
Yes, every livestream includes a complimentary HD recording provided as a digital download within 24-48 hours.
Can I get an edited memorial video?
Yes. Our Premium and Legacy packages include professional editing with chapter markers, titles, photo slideshow integration, and music overlay. We also offer standalone editing services.
Privacy Questions
Is the livestream private?
